But there are definitely years that are WAY harder than others. I've been teaching for a while now, and there are two years that stand out as really difficult, and THIS year was one of them. A lot depends on the kids, and a lot depends on the dynamics of the school (I'm a 2nd grade teacher btw). <BR/><BR/>I would definitely think the cluster teaching would be kind of lonely. I think you'll love the support you get from working with a team. I heart my team so much. We are from three different generations, but the wealth of knowledge there makes the job easier. We learn from one another, and listen to one another. <BR/><BR/>Glad you are sticking with it!
